Makeup Services always require a deposit to book and also goes towards the total service cost. Cancellations/no shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or day of will result in the loss of your deposit. No-Show appointments will be charged 50% total service cost. Multiple no-shows may result in service refusal. Sick policy: Do not come to your appointment if you are feeling sick, have a fever, cough, or tested positive for COVID even if you are asymptomatic.
